808 State Discussion

how about an 808 State T-Shirt design contest?
I'll do a minimal design using a custom futuristic style font.

yeah, it seems consisting of their more popular tunes the highlight of the
compilation for me was pacific and the exclusive track crash which is actually
pretty good, the Dnb remixes of the pacific and cubic are conventional I luike
808's older techno break style better.

I can tell 808 State are using a real TR-808 on Newbuild vrs. using samples on other albums.
A real TR-808 has a distinctive sound.

i didnt see any racism in the clubs up north,it was just about the dance in 88/89

It sounds like 808 State Album 90.

So you admit there are similarities.

In 1990 Cubik and Technarchy by Cybersonik were the breakthrough techno tracks influincing the more agressive techno sound.
