Rumour has it that only initial copies of ex:el purchased from ZTT shop have the bad artwork and that the ones distributed to shops will have an improved colour, i.e. green will be yellow.
My copy was from HMV and it has the dull green text on the cover. So maybe it was just "initial copies".
