Brother Markus, Why don't we post the classic 1991 cities in the park recording that I sent ya a few years back? That one's 'not bad' in quality until it hit's Cubik and IYF. I remember finding that cassette at a Toronto store called Penny Lane. They used to sell TONS of live bootlegs. Awesome stuff...

An atari st jam sounding very 808esque

Hey yo,,, I was surfin' YouTube for some Atari st info and came across this bit of vid where some girl is jamming on her atari in conjunction with her synth modules. I got partways into it and it has an incredible Graham Massey sort of vibe to it. Please excuse the repetitive nature of it... I guess...

OMG!!! How nice sounding! Very '90ish'.

Fairly suprising it sounds like a later 808 track rather than from 1988. This track must have been one of those tracks that shifted your direction musically to where it went. You can 'ear it.

What a treat indeed!! Thanks so much! :D

I'm sure the agents are gonna smoke me on this one... 8) The version of Lift that you heard on the video is the 7" version on the 45 release. I say this because I think I have it on wax and I always loved the disco stingy bits that were added for it. I have that version of lift on 12" and it's got t...

I can enjoy my Optibuk, my St Etienne Smash the System and some other sorts.

Worth the change.

IF i'm not mistaken... I'm positive that cd is actually an Andrew Weatherall project. I say this because I'm sure I saw this filed under Sabres of Paradise in a Sam the Record man store in Toronto many years ago. Then again, it could have been 'hidden' there as well. Just me two cents. Regards.... P...

Yeah... I STILL treasure my copy of State 2 State. I still have the fekkin' one page article from Record Collector when it was initially announced that you could join the feedback fanclub. I was luckily dating a girl I knew from East Sussex at the time and she put the order in for me. Best Track--- ...

Yah mang, It's been too long since I've enjoyed a true 'concept' album. Very 70s approach. The last nautical sort of concept album I enjoyed was 'Stay Down' by the Two Lone Swordsmen. The last classic concept album I really enjoyed was Rick Wakeman's Wives of Henry the 8th. Looking totally foward to...

I recently got that plate at a used Vinyl Shop in St Catharines (Niagara Region) of all places!!! 1st time I heard that track was on the X-Fm mix Graham did.

I was shocked to find it here of all places. Pure Aciiiiid 'Ouse!

Cheers!!
