Quadrastate Reissue - out now!

Postby 'Steve' » 29 Sep 2006 11:56

I can't wait for Quadrastate to be reissued, but being relatively new to 808 State (and not even alive when that EP was released) I'm intrigued by the promise of 'bonus tracks chosen by Graham and Rephlex'. Since Prebuild collected quite a few of the stray tracks that hadn't appeared before on CD, what is there that could appear? I know it's impossible to predict exactly what will be on the reissue, but what tracks are there that could be on it?

Also, why do the original and reissue of Newbuild have different artwork???

I hadn't noticed it yet, but it says on the Rephlex website under forthcoming releases: CAT 808 LP/CD 808 State "Quadrastate". It would be good if they could make it for 1 April :)

I know this is straying off a bit but I went to see New Order on Wednesday night in Glasgow - excellent! They played some old-skool over the PA before they came on and one of the tracks was Pacific State which was a very crisp and very, very loud surprise! If a re-mastered Pacific State sounds anything like that then it's going to be an excellent CD!
