Travelodge Towcester (home of some of my ancestors) about 60 quid a night...
(8 miles away, so hoping there's some kind of taxis back from the festival)...

Can't make the Isle of Wight or Spanish appearances, hoping to get to the Gatecrasher weekend but I need to work on babysitters first, and finances may be a possible problem!!!
Anyway, It's great all these live appearances are being scheduled, hopefully we can glean some decent recordings from somewhere.

Following on from the Bestival topic, I could probably make this (Gatecrasher) but it would be after 9pm on the last day, so would need to know what time 808 were on, and is it worth paying £60 just to catch the last few hours, and I would have to wait till the final week anyway to know what time 808 were on before booking and it will probably be sold out then anyway etc etc

I can't go. I wish that I could as it is on my birthday. I am hoping that someone has and will be recording some of these shows?
I am also hoping that the 08/08/08 thing will happen as its my only chance.
Anyway have a great night.

I'd be gutted if I don't go, but it's gonna be one of those chases around the country if I do, like the Warehouse Project gig.
If anybody finds out the time 808 are due on, can they post it so I can plan ahead.
I'm presuming I can pay on the gate, don't wanna pay £60 just for a few hours worth of gig (what with diesel an all

), but hopefully I can haggle as a late arrival.
