Optibuk-Worst distributed DVD ever?

Postby Roland » 03 Nov 2002 15:55

I just returned from a 9 month trip around the world and I passed many a record store during that trip.

I checked the music DVD sections of main record stores in Bangkok, Bali, Java, Singapore, South Australia, East Australia, New Zealand, Honolulu, San Diego, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Toronto and Montreal and couldn´t find a single copy of "Optibuk" in any of them!!!!

Sure it's not codefree for the US but one could imagine that somewhere in Australasia or the USA someone would have imported it! :(

Thought i share this with you....

That doesn't surprise me. At one point even us Brits were getting frustrated because it kept getting delayed but it made it to the shops eventually. However, it wouldn't be a true 808 release if there weren't a few spanners getting thrown in the works to delay it.

Obviously - someone somewhere in this business of music distribution thinks that there are no 808 fans in the United States. I will eat my shorts if this ever becomes available for Region 1 distribution. Wake up!!!! Somebody!!!!!
