Heard very little other than it promises to signal a return to the 'dancier' New Order ala Technique.

Really? I've been told the exact opposite - that it is more guitar-ish

I had heard the same as Mark, more back to the machines. I mean, it can't really get 'more' guitarish than Get Ready can it?

Apparently, the new single's supposed to be called "Hostage" (according to a Pete Tong radio show)?

Hooky has stated that it'll probably be March when the new album's released, so even if it's down to the mixing stage now, then there's still quite a bit to do before an album gets released (don't forget that Peter Saville's still got to do the artwork  )!

Anyway, before then, we've got Gwen Stefani's new album which apparently has quite a few bands helping her out on some tracks, including New Order... :-?

And there's a new, unreleased, Lee Coombs mix of 'Crystal' out there on a limited edition 12", b/w with a Paul Oakenfold track!

l8rs,

Nick ;)
