Quick reminder... Ian's mix will be on Radio 1 next Saturday night/Sunday morning:: 50 minutes of Factory Records bliss, in the week that '24 Hour Party People' (starring Steve Coogan as Anthony Wilson) opens at cinemas.

Artists to be featured include: Electronic, The Durutti Column, A Certain Ratio, Happy Mondays, Danny Rampling, New Order, Sabres of Paradise, Section 25, Cath Carroll, Perfecto, Andrea Parker, Biting Tongues, and K-Klass.

Forgot to mention - I taped the essential mix last Sunday (was supposed to be Sasha from Miami) but to my horror i'd recorded a special 'chilled' mix by Annie Nightingale out of respeck for some 'old dear' popping her clogs. However, all was not lost (it was quite good actually) because Pacific State was played in it's full glory. Probably the first time 808 have been on R1 for a while...

PS Sasha's on tonight instead.

According to the Radio 1 website Ian Peel is still on at 04:00 BST Sunday morning.
