It's not easy narrowing down to 18! No.s 7&8 couldn't make my mind up which ones to choose. Overall tried to give a good mixture of tracks that I think are good (does not take in to account the Newbuild era).

The fact that we had to choose 18 tracks - does that mean that there is going to be a double promo cd?
Without sounding cheeky will we be able to get copies, perhaps even donate some money to help with the cost?

Ok so the list above is missing 2 tracks. I forgot to include 10x10 and ONE IN TEN. Well i suppose Nimbus could be discarded to make room for 10x10 but i don't think ONE IN TEN is essential because although it was a single it is not a total 808 song in respect that it is a collaboration with UB40 and a remix of a UB40 song. You might argue that MC Tunes is a collaboration too but, Tunes is part of the 808 crew, like a sleeping partner that was given the chance to air his talent for the groups vocal project album The North At It's Heights and marketed as Tunes being the front man on that project.
However I do like Nimbus. And i would want that on this CD. It was more like a double A side with Time Bomb and i class Reaper Repo as the B side track, so it should be given credit as a main singles track just like Cubik/Olympic.
