170 kmph singing the wrong lyrics (Leo Leo / San Francisco)

Well just got flashed driving 170kmph freaking out to san fransisco and leo leo of ex cel...sweatin, white knuckles, vains in my neck were expanding...anyway for as long as i listend to both o these crackers i was never 100% sure of the lyric(s)

so, here goes, correct me if i'm worong please...

Leo leo = "it is strong like the lion" and the other part where it goe "latromba"??? what is that saying man and where do you get that lyric from??? What is the inspiration behind it...if any..."I was/we were mashed" is also a good answer though, doens'nt have to be deep like...

Sanfrancisco = "Keemosabo" haha stupid to write it like this but honestly after 10 billion times o listening to this (fkn) great piece I still don't know the words and now i am payin a fine for it in a couple o weeks!

Also that ibiza gig on the optical video was obviously dubbed but is the original footage anywhere to be found? looked like a good gig to have live in yur collection of 808 gems...

The Leo Leo one is a close to public domain as it gets. Used in 100's of tunes. My best guess is some Jamaican origin. Ahm.
