Graham on XFM 31 January 2010

Post by SteveC »

Graham is interviewed on XFM this Sunday at 10.00pm. Razor Cuts with Pete Mitchell. Will be like reliving the old days when Pete interviewed 808 loads of times on Key 103.

Nice one Steve, nobody told us. Could someone in the UK make sure to record this show?

Good interview and not one, not two, not three, but four 'Massey' tunes played.

Pacific State Origin, Qmart, Moses and Tiger Ghee.

And the re-releases are to be er.......re-released in Feb/March.

The show seems available to listen to again, if you live in the UK. Could someone please record the 808 part from
http://mediaweb.musicradio.com/player/d ... p?s=59&e=1
Then choose: Last 7 Days - Razor Cuts - 01/02/2010.
Please.

Dear me, am I asking for too much? At least then could someone in the UK let me know if they can play the 'listen again' shows?

I cheated around it putting in a "random" UK zip code. The only one I remembered was the MTV one stamped in my memory from the Partyzone haydays: NW1 8UH. It worked. I was not able to tap the stream though, and I did not have the time nor the software, at present, to make an analogue recording.

I'm having a go at recording it for you Markus. I've never recorded a stream before so wish me luck!

Sorry Markus, I'm more of a cassette person, since their demise I've not recorded anything. I'm a total techy tit.

I don't believe it. I've just recorded the entire interview to find the software has put a "Please purchase" bit in every 30 bleeding seconds! What sort of noob am I? :x

Well, I suppose I have 7 days to work it out. Any free streaming audio recorder recommendations?

Ah excellent stuff - I managed to record one version of it, but it sounded muffled (was recording on laptop and probably used the Microphone as output)...

Tried it again (you can't fast forward the interview, so it required waiting for a further 25 minutes), and sound program crashed whilst saving... :x

Pob's recording will probably sound better than the first version I recorded! :)
