Make Trade Fair Charity Event Heebie Jeebies 10th June

Tsunami is bringing together Liverpool’s top bands with Liverpool’s top Dj talent to raise funds and awareness of fair trade. 100% of the proceeds will go to the cuscafan cooperative which is located in the centre of El Salvador.

In 2001 this region was devastated by an earthquake and in the years since this disaster the local community has been working very hard to move on from this crisis, but finding it increasingly difficult as they have yet another crisis on their hands- fighting for a fair price for their coffee.

Currently in El Salvador 15000 coffee producers are facing collapse and financial ruin.
