Warp are now taking pre-orders for the New Order 1988 remixes. The release date seems to have slipped one week to 20 September.

That's a nice one, as the official release date isn't until somewhere between 13th and 20th September, can't tell which.
It is beeing played at radio stations quite a bit now.

went round virtually every record shop in Manchester today promoting Earthdance Manchester 2004 @ Dry Bar

only Eastern Bloc had a single copy of the New Order 808 acid mixes, and that went straight away!!!

By the sounds of it, there have been quite a lot of people asking for it in town today...

Official release date has now slipped to 27 September according to Rephlex. It's misteriously disappeared on warpmart. Lucky for those who pre-ordered.

Apparently sold out at warpmart within the pre-ordering timeframe. Now not even on pre-order anymore. Pretty much vanished. Not very impressed by them... They used to be top but now maybe to big for their boots? Just got my copy - Virgin store Taunton in the depths of Somerset. There was more than one copy when i got there, which is good for Taunton (although buying my copy left only 2 on sale).

Felt good to be buying 808 goodies again - even if it isnt new material, its still great. Havnt had chance to listen to it. Moving house at the moment and have packed the record player! All I can do is look at it for the moment - well until Friday. Might try making a Blue peter syle record player using a cup (plastic/or polystyrene is better) and a sewing needle.

Probably the best place to order Rephlex items in Canada (or the US) is Forced Exposure (the main distributors for Rephlex in both the US and Canada). Other record shops I've found (including HMV/Amazon Canada) don't seem to sell vinyl, so...
