Please help! My computer is falling to bits!

I'm trying to set up a new internet account because my current one (Wanadoo Hometime) is being discontinued. I've tried to set up an "anytime" account but whenever I try to install the dialler I get an error message saying access to the file is denied. I investigated further and found that the file is missing off my computer. I know this is a long shot, but if anyone has the following file on their computer: C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\WTIROXIB\uk[1].ins and can copy it and e-mail it to me I would be very, very, very grateful. I'm hoping that with this file in place the components will install properly.

Problem solved. Settings downloaded, I can enjoy low cost internet again.
