Few listens to this track now, and the 808-isms certainly come through. Sounds like Graham produced it? The 'vibes/pizzicato' melodies are reminiscent of Don Solaris, as are the fx and samples. It's a bit over indulgent (just sounds like a jam without any structure!), but really grows and I may hunt down the album
After hearing Homelife live in Manchester twice I bought 'Flying Wonders' when I returned to Belfast. I instantly like around 3 of the tracks but I think the rest will definately grow on me. I also picked up the latest AlpineStars album after hearing them live before 808 at Castlefield.
