I don't know if you get the kids' show "LazyTown" over there, but the show's hero, Sportacus, says he goes to bed at 8:08 so he can be rested and full of energy for the day!!

I have a 15 month old and my wife told me about the show. I've watched a few times and dig the cheesy TECHNO music that is played. However, I've not noticed his bedtime, but I will keep my eyes on it (especially while I sit around in Dallas waiting for the hurricane to bypass my house near Houston)

Yeah, I like the music, too!!

The episode where he talks about his 8:08 bedtime is called "Sleepless in LazyTown". The whole episode is about how we need sleep to be healthy.

I hope everything is ok at home.
