Rumours today on the ZTT Facebook page that The Art Of The 12" Volume 2 ("Element 21") will amongst others, contain:
808 State Vs. Art of Noise and Art of Noise Vs. 808 State. Release date planned for 20 February 2012.
No mention of tracks yet, but I'm assuming one of them is the unreleased 808 State remix of Moments in Love??

Yes, confirmed that it's Moments in Love remix. Wow, we've been waiting almost 20 years to hear that mix!
Also Björk is mentioned on the Facebook announcement. So presumably one of the Ooops mixes will be included.
