Unfortunatley no. Fully intended to until i got this horrible disease they call flu :( Been in bed since thursday night and still feel like i'm carrying dawn french on my back, uurrgghhh. I don't know anyone who goes in that pub either so i guess we'll never know.

Ok, been to the florest and the leaflet has gone!! So i'm still none the wiser :-?
I rang the pub, the landlord was out but the girl i spoke to said they have got a band booked for the 15th december called 808 state but she had never heard of them before so couldn't tell me if it's the 808 state or ...

apparently it's a leaflet in our local florests window, i'll pop down later when it's not so busy and i can find somewhere to park and have a look at what it says, if it's no longer there i'll phone the pub and see if they can shed some light on the mystery.

i'll try, the person who told me is someone i was talking to on a message board for our local area, i'll see if i can pm them and see if they can scan it.

I smell something fishy!!!

Someone i know has been given a leaflet claiming 808 state are to play at the Red Lion pub in Gatley, near stockport. Can anyone clarify whether this is true or someone using their name for false advertising :x

If not then maybe their laywers should be informed, and if it is true i'll see ya there ...
