Will be scanning a few photos of May 26 1990 gig. Do you prefer images saved for web - smaller low quality or best quality?

I have an original flyer (JPG) and some stage photos from the gig at Leeds Colosseum May 26 1990 (only the review on the flyer pages). I need a contact and email address to send these to. I didn't want to send to one of the email addresses for booking.
Can anybody help?
