Hey Stephen, you like picking faults don't you!!! Ok, so Frank De Wulf's earlier work could be compared to Cubik, although it is still not the same. I said that Cubik sounded lke nothing else in its time, meaning it was commercially successful and you heard nothing else like it on MTV or the radio. ...

808 are unique its very hard to compare them to anything. I suppose its all down to personal taste, its good that we don't all like the same things. There is no right or wrong, My wife thinks R'n'B is great, I hate it, but it doesn't mean to say that I think its a bag of shit. 90 is a superb album, ...

Hey Fox Mulder is one of my heroes, I take being compared as a big compliment. Thanks mate!!! I also frequently go off into a tangent where I rant about wierd stuff. Remember, the truth is out there..... Anyway, back to reality, the 808.com site mailed me back today, pretty efficient yes? and they a...

I totally agree with Rich. I like Moors, yeah it is cutting room stuff, and if it was released it would probably only sell as many copies as there are Globalstate members. But what Rich says is bang on, it doesn't matter about the quality of the stuff, it is the fact that Graham is prepared to dig o...

Welcome Mari.

Both a Japanese and a female new member, these are rare occurances.

Good to see the 808 clan spreading across the world.

Just got hold of a copy of Rob Dougan's 'Furious Angels' CD, very highly recommended. Melt away as you listen. Even if he does sound a little like Chris Rea!!!

Includes one of my all time faves, 'Clubbed to Death'

Brilliant.

I agree that the early tunes of 808 were very much hands in the air stuff, but from EX:EL onwards they got a bit smarter. The music was more elaborate and the use of vocalists added something else. Diversity has always been the key to my liking of 808. You never know whats coming next and although t...

The only ryhme that bites uses a sample from big country, but I don't reckon its sampled on Last Train....could be wrong though.

Not sure which came out first actually, I think The Only ryhme... was released first.

Have a well earned rest Markus.

I have just got back online after 11 days off due to NTL's stupidity and slow-like response to faults.

Never mind caught up with all the news, nice pics of everyone at colours.
