Post by Dr.Walsh »

hi all,

can anyone fill me in on which artists/groups/dj's have supported/ been supported by 808?

i can think of new order, bjork, k-klass, the orb, njoi, moby and happy mondays.

presumably orbital and lfo?

can anyone correct me/provide me with more info?

thanks in advance,

Meat Beat Manifesto & Orbital supported 808 in the USA about 1992/1993.

808 supported Madness and The Farm (!!!!) at Edinburgh, Scotland in 1993/94.

A Guy Called Gerald, New Order, NJoi, Bjork have all definetly shared the stage as far as I know.

Did John Hassel not play with them once as well?

Bye.

Please Nick, some of us are still trying to put that whole Dannii Minogue experience out of our minds!

The thong 'n' feather girls that were at Coloursfest should be on stage at the next 808 gig
