US Quincy or Qunicy
Which version of Quincy features on the US version of OT, the same as the Japanese or the 7"? Hope this wasn't covered on the OT page as I didn't notice it!

Ironic that the Americans got the spelling wrong and the Japanese got it right, as 'Qunicy' (sic) sounds like a Japanese name
I can't work it out. Indeed the American version is shorter, making the Japanese version unique. To be honest I can't spot the difference in synths between the 7" vinyl and the Japanese CD as my mixer is broken. So we know the Japanese version is the longest, but the question remains if the US version is the same as the 7" (track time is the same) or indeed a Testa Rosta reworking. Graham?
Timing the tracks on Outpost is quite tricky because they are mixed into eachother and the US version sometimes makes the cut at different points. Example is Souflex into Crossword where the US version makes it looks like Souflex is 5 seconds longer. It does actually seem slightly longer. Gary will be pleased.
Enough trainspotting.

huh?
Let's just hope the US version of OT contains the original version as on the 7" and not the new mix as featured on the Japanese release.
The original version is a lot darker, a partial throw-back to:

Can't wait, hurry up Amazon
, (my local HMV hasn't listed it yet)

Don't worry John, you're not the only one. I wish Amazon would hurry up as well. If it was released on Monday then we should have received our copies by the end of the week. As it is there is still no sign of it and I haven't had an email confirming despatch so it will probably be nearer the end of this week before we get our copies
I need some Brown Sauce to go with my Fajita
The suspense continues.........
