Original Pacific State White Label Promo

Hi guys, just found this forum - Great stuff.

Back in the day I was lucky enough to find a Pacific State - White label. Is comes in a cut out white sleave with 808 and ZTT stamped all over a quarter of the sleave and the centre of the record is a white label with a small red and tellow 808 stickers on it.

I have not seen this anywhere else and was wondering if it is valuable.

The tracks are Pacific 202, Pacific 303 (I think) and there is a very short edit of Cobra Bora.

I also have US imports of Pacidic state, In yerface and 90 but I guess these aren't that rare, and copy of Cobra bora, that does not contain cubik and has no picture sleave, it does have a printed silver centre but may be a promo.

Hopefully someone with a bit more knowledge than me could shed some light!

Hi,

Your copy of Cobra Bora sounds like The Extended Pleasures Of Dance EP (Cat# SAM635) which I have. This promo has a silver centre and does not contain Cubik.

I also have the white label Pacific promo (Cat# ZANG1T)
Tracks: Pacific:202, Pacific State (Original), Pacific:303, Cobra Bora (Shortcut). I paid £15 for my copy 3 or 4 years ago. I don't know if this is a true indication of its value though.
