When Turin is a certainty, I'm booking my tickets, as New Order will be at the same festival!

Anyone else considering Turin? Pete, John?

Most definitely - it's about 80 quid return from Luton Airport to Turin (EasyJet - including taxes) - leaving on Friday, returning on Sunday...

Haven't looked at hotels yet!

Looking at the site is it a Three day festival - Thurs to Sat ?

Just looked at flights, Ryanair nor Easyjet go to Turin from the North West.

Found the cheapest to be about £130 ex tax etc.

We'll see.

I've found this a handy site to determine low cost routes:

Not a chance!

Well seeing as my Friday residency has gone the way of the dodo, I think I'll have to stick to my holiday in France and a weekend down Markus's way later in the year. Would love the Japan gig but I'll make do with a Home Town gig if one happens.

Top 3

A countdown of the top three reasons as to why I won't be going to Italy: (in a Dr Fox Stylee)

A new entry at

Number 3
I'm a bit skint at the moment

Up to

Number 2
I hate waiting in airports for connecting flights
(and considering I live in Belfast, there's no chance of a direct flight)

And for the fourth week at

Number 1
I would really like my partner to leave my genitalia attached to my body
(strangely enough, the same reason I'm not going to Prague again this year)

L8RS,
John
