I've just seen that the 808 djs will play at this event.

I remember reading an old news story about how Liverpool and Manchester are shrinking cities-2 of the 5 worldwide named.Is this the idea behind the Berlin exhibition ?

Is Manchester still a shrinking city ?

I also read that Liverpool has the fastest growing economy outside of London so surely this city cannot be shrinking still ?

Any ideas...
