Can't make out the tracklisting exactly, but looks like it's a straight rip-off the website.

Sure it is. A lot of radio and club bootlegs on ebay. Have searched for e.g. Hacienda recordings from time to time and found numerous.

They get a free ride, as they are not really stepping on anyones toes. Not like bootin' the latest Coldplay CD, anyway.
