Yes the postman had a big 808 delivery today ,All the ztt archived 808 stuff
on cds for me to sort through, and also the 808 tokyo wire gig on VHS,
which is very well filmed and has great sound..Not shure on the legalities but will request some for the site and see what happens..I know some of it is for Phone download in Japan and also for a program called Music On TV.
not shure if they plan to broadcast all of it.
Been through some of the cds and alarmingly Insane lover and freak DAT sounds corupted.. this was never on cd promo?... hopefully my dat back up is ok or its on !/2 inch tape.. hope they ve not been kept next to a heater or something...Another Dat I was transfering was corupt(edward not edward) I m begining to wonder if all dats will go this way..all i ever do is transfer data about these days, the government should pay me as an archivist.it takes up alot of time...but we will get there in the end.
Thet do sound fresh from the dat for instance theres a mix just labelled Cowboy ,which is Lambrusco cowboy but it sounds well different.
and how many mixes of 10 x 10? got a bit carried away there!
should sound great when i remaster them.
