808 State Discussion

On one of the topics I posted, well the only one so far, nickking mentioned that 808 State were to be featured in this issue.

Well there not! I only went and feckin bought the thing before getting home and realised that they arent featured till the next issue!!

So if anyone wants to know anything ...

That was the business - although I need to brush up slightly on some of the songs as I didnt have a Scooby Doo.

Still a respectable 8/10 with ave time of 6.8 seconds

So that's 8 copies in the hands of some real 808 fans...and some of you have bought it at a real steal of under a tenner!

I myself shelled out over £40 for it in 94, from a record fair in Liverpool but it was worth every penny to know that I had finally managed to get my hands on it. Although I ...

Not been on this site for a few years, and firstly, can I just say that this is a quality site for me to read about everyone elses experiences of 808 - and the passion that is still around for this influention band, especially after over 15 years recording, producing and re-mixing.
