You're right, it's not in any of the discographies. It is however in the ZTT discography by Lazlo:

I ale00ways liked the socia;l chaos track which there is a version of on the sounds 0page (is that diferent?0) we did loads of mixes with various additions
of girl friends singing /howard from BT on sax,It was done by 2 waiters from the famous Tandoori Kitchen, I was paid in free dinners which at the time seemed like
fantastic as they had the best Naan breads in the west. Mrs Tandoori (think they were Iranian) was a wicked chef

Yup, the compilation is a very nice album indeed - took me a long time to find the CD, though, although the LP (as Markus says) can be picked up for a bit cheaper than EIL, if you scout around....
The album was compiled by Sarah Champion (who wrote the book "And God Created Manchester", as well as being involved with the compilations "Hit The North" - featuring Gerald/Graham/Ed Barton on some tracks, "Manchester North Of England" - which featured James, Inspiral Carpets, and others, as well as the "Trance Europe Express" and "Breakbeat Science" compilations).
