There were 4 Earthdance parties in Brazil this year - in Teresina, Cachoeira Alta, Rio and Florianapolis, and 3 others in South America - Caracas, Buenos Aires and Santiago...
It works by promoters holding Earthdance events, and at midnight gmt every party plays an ambient peace track. You submit a promoters contract that you agree to donate 50& of your door to a designated Earthdance charity and that you are going to play the peace track at midnight gmt. Promoters try and webcast their events via the Earthdance web-site. I'm not totally positive how the webcast works, if you have a look at earthdance.org there is a section on how to webcast...
