Doubt it.

I dunno if 808 is in the series (criteria for the post being in the forum I guess

). Would be _very_ dissapointed if not. Being a British docu and all.

From memory, I don't believe so - Gerald is, as is Mike Pickering, Jon Da Silva, etc, but no 808...

Cheers for the link - I lost my original VHS copy... Why don't TV companies release this sort of stuff on DVD (also that Madchester documentary)???

got it on vhs,

mainly concentrating on US House in the 80's, briefly contains E-Zee Possee, Gerald on the Acid House, then goes into 90's commercial dance.

got the double cd that came out shortly after, some great classic house tunes on it!

Can't praise this docu enough! Totally essential viewing! There's just one real anti-climax, and that's the end of the 3rd part when they get to UK Garage... The rest is all fantastic, many thanks Solarex for pointing this out!

Oh, by the way, it was a Channel 4 production, not BBC.
