Okay, I've updated the 1990 Live Dates page with links to magazine reviews and images (some of which - Bristol June 1990 and Norwich October 1990 - have been generously donated by Graham - many thanks). Let me know what you think - I shall eventually be adding live reviews for all gigs that will be linked from the various dates (where they exist).
Finally, Graham has also donated a flyer for the HitSquad MCr gig at Manchester in March 1988 - history in the making - many thanks, Graham!
There was a Club Roskilde feature on national radio some time after. With a 30 min. 808 feature with music and words. I didn't catch it. I switched on too late and only heard the Deee-Lite bit.
A have another radio feature from the era though. With interviews with Martin and Tunes.
Superb stuff - just corrected the Roskilde '91 date, and added the flyer - just remember that I haven't add the links yet - will probably do that on Friday!
I've also added a lot more gigs from 1991 (North American dates that I've found via Google News - good source of info, that!), 1996 (Barca Aftershow Party flyer in Manchester & Free Jazz flyer, both courtesy of Graham), 1997 (European Dates - Norway, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Glastonbury, etc - courtesy of Graham - I'll finalise exactly which day they appeared when I borrow a mate of mine's Glasto '97 Programme - a muddy year, that!).
To do - some more live photos from 1990 to upload (again, courtesy of Graham - many thanks).
Roskilde Festival have redesigned their webside with a bit more information about past years. For 1991 including a scan of the official festival paper. I think it was made as a supersize promotion freely available in concert places, cafes etc. prior to the festival itself.
Page six is an article concerning the club music. Opening with a Darren quote and having a picture of the lads. This is the first time I see this myself.
there's one gig from the 1991 tour that's missing, but i don't know the date.
it was in tallahassee, florida at the late night library and was a great show. could it have been tuesday, 23 sept, as that date was canceled for new orleans?
