No idea I'm afraid (to both questions). It's certainly very rare and obscure, so I would assume that very few were pressed. Do a search on 'duck' and you will find a few previous discussions about it.

Thanks for the info guys, just did a search on here and read what it has to say..I have had this 12" for ages and didnt really know what it was.
