i've recently been listening to Streetsounds Electro 4 and Cybotron's Techno City reminded me of an old 808 tune.

Which tune is it that sampled Techno City then?

Also, where can i buy all the old 808 stuff on CD these days?

I've been trying to get hold of the 12" of Cybotron's "Techno City", but it goes for ridiculous amounts of money - £100+....

The 808 back catalogue is due to be re-released sometime this (or next) year. Each will be remastered and released with a bonus CD of 808 gems.
