Found this on my travels (from a topic on NewOrderOnline - they're apparently mastering a CD promo for the new single 'Waiting For The Siren's Call' featuring mixes by Arthur Baker, Daniel Miller, and being overseen by Trevor Horn), but apparently http://www.808state.co.uk has been registered by Sarm Studios.

I'm guessing that since Sarm is related to Trevor Horn/ZTT Studios, this website will be about the up & coming ZTT reissue program?

This couldn't be related to SARM, quite frankly it's a piss poor effort if it's a commercial studio. I have more bits of kit lying around the house being used as doorstops for goodness sake.

It's someone called Mark Tuzylak promoting himself as Sarm Productions.
