Other releases will follow on a monthly basis. 808 STATE are of course original techno legends from the old school (Aphex is reissuing their Newbuild gem in January on Rephlex) who should require little introduction. They recently hit the charts with that bloke from the Manic Street Preachers who shouts all his words. That track was wickedly good as was their last LP Don Solaris. Repeat after me "808 are fucking great!" 808 STATE are getting crankier and more idiosyncratic with time and the track they've done for us is a real one-off oddity- A fantastically curious big band drum'n'bass from the dark end of the street. Indeed. That last bit wasn't a Gram Parsons reference either. JEGA is a legend of the new school. He lives in the
